Jet of steam has lost it's power. Appliance has been discaled and all visible holes checked for blockage. Unscrewed the casing and could see the tube which runs from the water container to the out-let nozzle. Within the tube, I can see a ball-bearing which is sitting about 1" from the out-let nozzle. If I slide the ball-bearing further away from the nozzle, steam escapes out of the nozzle which leads me to think I'm sliding it in the right direction. However, when I put the appliance back together and tried it, there was no difference. Prior to this problem, it was working great. Your advice would be appreciated.
