Check the drain pump. It is part of the power supply circuit to the board. If pump is open circuit it will appear dead. Take pump out and check copper winding for discolouration & signs of over heating. Put a multimeter across the two terminals and it should rear approx. 33.5 ohms. Any less than 32 ohms replace it. Do not try to run it if pump is at all bad. It will blow the control module. It may have already. If with a new pump it still won't power up then the module is damaged. All these things should be checked before powering up the new module.
