defy 720m maximaid washing machine displays error code:flashing l and L next to it.what is wrong,the machine doesn't work at all.

Could you find out how to reset the machine, please? My Defy 720 shows an error message IL and flashes and I owuld like to try a reset. Thank you! :)

My South African Defy 720 won't move onto a program and the machine needs to be reset. How do I do this pkeaplease? I have tried to pause the start shut down motion and it won't. The machine is running, However the drum isn't moving.....like it's in between stages. Have also switched off for 2 hours and when I switch back on it won't reset, it start running again..Thanks Tammy
