how to replace a wheel on a fantom vaccuum cleaner?

I replaced the wheel on a fantom vacuum cleaner twister bagless. and the clutch mechanism that pushes the belt out fell off, and the semi circle piece that directs the flow and I do not seem to be able to figure out how to assemble them back.
