After the cycle is complete, the drawer does not drain completely. Have tried to unblock from drawer end to no avail. How do I get to the other end of the hose to unblock it?
This is on a Bosch Classixx 6 1200 Express washing m/c.

Tried a wash today and the drawer emptied, apart from a small amount of water left. A million times better than before thankyou. Will give it another go in the morning to see if it was a fluke.

hi ChickF glad you had success with the cable ties, the two front holes are difficult to get the cable tie to go in, it helps if you pre bend the end of the tie so it can enter easier, having said that the front holes go into the same channels as the back holes so the amount you have cleared should be ok Cheers

Thanks again Kenjo, tried your suggestion re the square holes and had success with the two neareast to the back of the m/c but the other two would only accept about an inch of the cable tie. It seemed to hit something solid through both front holes. is this normal or is there a blockage of some sort?

The roof of the soap box would normally be considered to be an engineers job to replace but I can describe how to do it if you want to have a go. As a quick remedy which works 50% of the time, look up to the roof of the box there will be 4 SQUARE holes above the middle compartment get a cable tie and bend the end so it can go into the square holes about 3-4 inches this sometimes clears it enough to work, if not new lid reqd. Thanks Kenjo but I have already cleaned the syphon tube which was the first thing I thought of; no difference. Is the roof of the drawer compartment removable so I can clean out the holes in it? Have tried using a small brush but it doesn't look as though it has worked. Will know more when the next wash is completed.

If it is the middle compartment of the soap drawer that does not drain then the syphon tube is blocked or the holes in the roof of the soap box are blocked. To remove the drawer to clean it pull out drawer till it stops then press down on the centre compartment and pull at the same time, the drawer will come right out. Lift lid of centre compartment and clean out syphon tube. Cheers
