Moved house. Plumber installed my Siemens S1439 washing machine. I put it on a rinse cycle to check ok. No water went in. After a few minutes it displayed F17 error. The plumber left!!!

I tried other cycles. To no avail. I switched it off. Still F17 and no water going in.
