my challenger drill charger xtreme 2CDP18XPB charges for only 15 minutes. so i can tight only few screws.what is wrong what shall i do. if i have to get a new charger where can i get it from..i am lost..need help.

It may well be that the charger is working fine and that your battery is on the way out - not holding its charge as it used to.

Consider a new drill with Li-ion battery - more expensive because of the fantastic battery you get.
