i have washed 2 lots of clothing and tried to do a third, when i switched it on by the wall there seems to be no power to the machine. There are no lights on the panel.

Derek, send your display module(front of machine) and your main module (back of machine) for test. We charge £8.40 to test the 2. We will then determine which is faulty and repair it (main mod £59.88 or top mod £46.88). It will not be both !
