Beko DWD5410 Dishwasher makes all the right sounds but does nothing?

I found this out after it was running for four hours, I have tried turning it on and off and also over night but still the same.

lay dishwasher on its back and see if water comes out.sounds like the anti flood switch in the base has operated.this happens sometimes when the dishwasher has been unable to drain properly.once layed on its back and drained stand back up and retest.could also have a leak

Your question confuses - if it's making all the right sounds then it must be doing something - but you give no hints.

Does water enter?
Does the water get sloshed around?
Does the detergent flap open?
Does the water (if there is any) get hot?

You can open the door at any time during the washing cycle to see what's going on. It needs water to make progress - if it has no water or thinks it has none then it will not make progress.
