beko dwd5410?

Me again, sorry about my first question.
Run the machine on full cycle but after four hours the red light was still not on but still making noises as if it was working, everything inside was clean and mostly dry, turned it on and off a few times but still the same. Walked away from it and turned it on the next day, did the same and after a time the red light came on so tried the rinse cycle but still the same, plenty of noise but no action. It was still making the noises if the start button was on or off!

lay dishwasher on its back and see if water comes out.sounds like the anti flood switch in the base has operated.this happens sometimes when the dishwasher has been unable to drain properly.once layed on its back and drained stand back up and retest.could also have a leak

So it appears that the crockery inside finishes up clean and mostly dry - and it makes noises as if it were working.

The indicator lights do not announce end of programme even though the programme appears to have worked.

Noise and action but no closure...

The last thing that happens is that the rinse water is pumped out. Sometimes a bit of debris gets trapped in the drain pump impeller and water remains in the sump.
