My AEG Lavamat 50720 will not spin at the end of the washing cycle. Any ideas of what the cause may be please.

have you checked the motor brushes?.10mm or less of carbon is worn out and needs replacing.you can stretch old brushes if short just to test but don't use on a wash cycle as motor could be damaged.also does it drain water away?.if not check the filter bottom right
