My foot controller will work as long as I don't put my foot pedal on maximum, it stops working, so I have to use it at half way mark. Any ideas please. I sent my whole machine off to Pfaff, (without the pedal) spent £230 on new bits. It was the foot controller all the time.
the resistor plate inside foot controller is worn out or maybe just very dirty,open and clean with good safety electrical cleaner,if that does not work you can fitt a universal foot controller,only two wires going in,easy peazy
