Brand new Garmin Nuvi 54LM
1. Tried downloading the free map updates and it stopped at 'download now'. Garmin ....ng useless no reply.
2. Tried to save a route home with waypoints basically to avoid a B road as I was towing a caravan. Selected 'Home' way points had not saved.

3.All routes travelled while away show as cyan lines six in all and masses on the area where the our caravan was parked as though I'd used the site as a race track. I cannot remove these cyan coloured lines any ideas?
