you have to adjust the fill up level, as its overflowing back into the bowel. take the lid off . if its a push button lid, press down the buttons and hold them down, now unscrew the silver ring anti clockwise, and the lid will come off. see the level adjuster plastic nut, on the float arm,turn it clockwise too get the max water level, before it reaches the overflow outlet, and thats it.
