I just received my DeLonghi Magnifica from the shop in California who replaced the faulty mother/control panel and was anxious to make coffee.
All lights flashed when powering up but the red triangle light was on -flashing mode. I filled with coffee and shut door. My diffuser appears to now be stuck and the tray will NOT go back in.
Why it would be in the middle of a cleaning cycle when coming back from a DeLonghi authorized service center, I have NO CLUE.
What can I do to correct this issue???????
