how do I fix my shower?

i've a triton opal shower but it won't turn off at the unit.
we have to turn it off at the isolater pull cord.

i've tested the cover pcb circuit board & that's ok.
i've also tested the solenoid with a multi meter & that comes back at 3.6 ohms,so that's ok.

Any advice would be greatful.

Yes the one at the back it controls the power and the solenoid, They cost between £55 and £82 from shower Doctor depending on which model Opal it is

The fault will be in the PCB it should have a delayed shutdown
