my heating system is run by a worcester 24i rsf boiler which is 12 years old. we have it serviced every year and have been told it is in excelent working order.just recently we have been experiencing low pressure on hot and cold water and the shower runs hot then turns cold after a couple of minute. any ideas or recomendations
