The problem is with my auto ice maker . It is not making any ice, the water that is going through to the ice making box is just flowing straight through the ice box. And leaking out of the ice dispenser and on to the floor . Please can you help me with this problem thank you .

sounds like ice maker unit is faulty ,

if you take the ice bucket out and have a look at the ice maker tray ,

normal signs of ice maker issues is the tray is stuck in a twisted position

there is a mass of over flowed ice in the tray - this causes water to overflow into bucket etc .

the ice maker can be repaired quite easily , its only 2 screws and a connector plug to remove it .
