is both your hot and cold pipes switched on? could be a solenoid that turns on the water, located at back of machine inside on entry point of pipes. they are about a fiver each. . with lid off, and plug back in, being very careful, turn on machine, try to squeeze the pipes inside the machine say with pliers, to see if they restrict the water feed in, and prove they are operating. if no sound change, suspect dodgy valve, or worse still no electric signal to valve. (uncommon) if you know someone confident with mains 240v, let them use a plug and flex with spade terminals on, and connect it to the soleniod and switch flex on to see if the valve opens. allowing water to flow -be very careful. you should have already checked that with the drawer out, and a towel down, that the fill pipe sprinkler inside the soap drawer hole is not blocked with scale. with lid off, you can see that the cold and hot pipes have more than one way to fill the drawer in different places. -scale. -be very careful.
