it is proberly a blocked inlet on the top of the soap dispenser unit or in the soap dish its self.. remove soap dish, add water at slow rate from tap into area that conditionor goes into.
you should see a trickle of water running from the end of the tary..if not its blockage in soap dish - strip down and cleared.
if the problem is not there, then it could be a blockage on the internal part of the housing that the soap dish fits into.
look at the roof of this housing it may be all black and slimmy!
clean with bottle brush to remove
if problem still exsits then its the total removal of the top of the soap dispenser from inside the machine..when top cover is removed you can access the dish, its a bit tricky but it will allow you the clean throughly and pass water via inlet to check if you have resoved probem.
REMEMBER IF YOU REMOVE TOP COVER of MACHINE
REMOVE POWER SUPPLY!!!
