gainsborough shower internal leak?

gainsboro regent shower circa 1980s has developed a leak from the circular diaphram behind the micro switch,how can i fix it. Thanks FOR your Time out there

p.s. if the pressure switch is fitted to the top of the tank rather than by the valve I dont think it will fit

I have located a pressure switch it is from James Fulton and son (0114) 230 2144 unfortunately they cost £42 quite a lot for such a small item but I don't think you will get one anywhere else as they are now obsolete. Fitting it is a doddle just unscrew the nut and take the pressure switch out, the new pressure switch comes with a new nut and olive

Thanks for the reply,it mean a total upgrade using 10mm and 8.5 kw shower plus conduitand the mess.Where could i buy this switch and what is the procedure to replace the existing one.Thanks

It will be the pressure switch i may be able to locate a spare but have you considered buying a new one it may be cheaper and better in the long run.will let you know about spare
