That's a difficult challenge - you will want to fix it - mend the break - so that it's stronger than - or at least as strong as - the original.
Also you forget to mention the make of the mixer or where and how the hook broke - all a bit of a mystery really.
Perhaps it might be best to invest in a new hook.
