how can I fix my david brown 990s?

Hi; I have 2 david brown 990s. The bleeder screw came off one and the other one I can't unlock the 3pt hitch. Any ideas.

990 lift arms, locking pin at left side prob broken. the curved plastic lever should be up for unlock. stand at back and lift the arms by hand and push curved lever in as you turn it upwards. sometimes the break catchs and works.
