One of the cables has a yellow plastic clip which pushes onto the cable thread to lock and adjust the cable,I usually measure the old adjustment,ie the length of thread showing and click the clip into place and usually the adjustment is not far out,if it is just unclip the adjuster,lengthen/shorten the cable as required then try again.
