Our machine is at least 12 years old and the red rollers recently stopped rolling. The grey rollers do roll so I am guessing that it is not the fun switch. There is no money in the school budget to fix it so any help will be appreciated.

I assume this is a GBC laminator. the Ultima 65 drive chain powers both heat rollers (red) and pull rollers (gray). If the gray rollers turn, but the red rollers don't, there may be a loose drive chain pulley on the red roller. Check to see if the pulley set screw is loose on the red roller shaft. There may be a bind in the red roller bearings which must be removed, cleaned and relubed with heat resistant lubricant (not a ten minute job!!!)
