my battery wall clock chimes out of sequence i reset it and it is ok for about 6 hrs then it is out of sequence again i cannot touch the hands as they are encased i have found a set button but dont know how to use gratefull for any help as my son brought it for me and i like the chiming it says on clock face (emperor emvt usa) thank you
