You do not have a strong enough signal.

If your box really is a Freeview box (attaches to an aerial NOT a dish) then it needs a correctly aligned outdoor aerial. Start there.

If is is a satellite receiver (that is the enquiry box you have chosen), the dish alignement need sorting.
