i have purchased a rangemaster 110 gas oven and hob second hand and the clock and timer seems to be broken.how do i change the bulb ?

Cycle the power off and back on again so that the clock display flashes.
Depress and hold in buttons 2 & 3 from the left - set the time with the plus and minus buttons - any time will do - the cooker will believe what you tell it.
