I have a VP-D362 Samsung Digi Cam and when I try to operate it shows a D and Eject Tape on the screen. I have tried the suggested cure in the manual but it has not resolved the problem. The camera has only been used twice in the time I have owned it.
Any suggestion as to a cure would be appreciated
