sharp er-a410 .. how do i key in sub department 21++?? i have no problem with department 1-20.. i key in 6 digit(PLU) then the price of the item..300.. then i stuck..cant press the dept# button..its say INH. UNIT PRICE or ENTRY ERROR.. HELP ME

You probably have no more in memory. Open the amount you need in memory (you will need to use the service key). Use the dealer programming manual to print out the SRV files.
