Don't laugh, but I need somebody to please help me out here. I have an old Defy 600 Automaid front loading washing machine, that is not draining. I have tried leaning the machine forward to get the water out, but can only get a limited amount out as if I had to lean it over any further, I would break the door off as it does not fold back 180 degrees. I have unscrewed the kick plate at the front, but there is no filter to unscrew in the front... Am I missing something here? As when I look in from the back of the machine, I only see where the drainage pipe is connected to what I assume must be the pump....
