My fridge only goes to +8?

My Schreiber APM6855 had the H so replaced the sensor and then the temperature when to +8 and just stays there now, Any ideas what else i could try?

I have already defrosted for about 24hrs as it was just showing H before. This morning it was +3 but now since I have opened the door it's getting warmer again.

turn off and totally defrost by leaving all the doors open for 48hours then switch it back on and see what happens.Can you hear the fan motor running inside the freezer.could be an auto defrost issue but by doing the above will help prove issue
