Our washing machine hotpoint wmd960g isn't working?
Hi there.
Our washing machine hotpoint wmd960g isn't working. At first there was a burning smell inside the machine and it got in to the clothes also. Then it stopped working. So an engineer was called who put in a new fuse. The next day, we tried it and a new issues arose. Before it stopped working it would wash/rinse/spin the clothes on the same programme for an 1hr but now it would just wash for the full time, then a new timer would start and it would rinse for another programme, and same for spinning. The second time we tried to wash clothes it completely switched off and is not working now at all with our clothes stuck in there as the water has not drained.
Sorry if this sounds confusing but I have no idea what the problem would be so would really appreciate some help on what needs to be repaired
