My washing machine Hotpoint BWM 129 will not drain out. I have tried the pump out programme but still the water does not pump out. I think I may need to disconnect the hose but am unsure where to find this. It is an integrated machine

follow the grey hose from the sink drain and it will lead u to the pump inside the machine,and good luck to you it wont be easy unless you take the machine out turn the power off to the machine before working on the machine
