how can ui fix my potterton netaheat electronic 10/16 pilot light?

i have been without heat and hot water for 2 days now and the pilot light has gone out. please help me as i have 2 young children!!!

I am having exactly the same problem and have had British Gas out tonight to tell me that the parts are limited and it cannot be fixed. If you have had your's fixed, I'd really appreciate some help or tips otherwise it means buying a new Boiler - no!!!
