Hi there,

We have had a Halstead Finest Gold Combi fitted since end of 2003, recently our H/W has been playing up - switch off/on H/W taps to kick in the switch.
I'm no expert but I would hazard a guess that it is a switch as I can hear the C/H switch kick in and the boiler fires up.
Any suggestions?

UPDATE:

Called British Gas & went for Fixed Price repair, £155.00 and repaired in an hour.
All that was needed was a new Diaphram which apparantly would have cost me £40.00!
Oh well H/W seems such a luxury:-)
