potterton ep2002 programmer?

I have a potterton ep2002 programmer. The central heating controller comes on but does nor fire the boiler. Can I put wire 4 into 3 so both the hot water and central heating come on together

Hi,my ep2002.has a loud clicking noise on c-h side.
Think it's the override switch?but not sure.thanks anyone

If your system is controlled by 2x2 port valves then it will work,however if its controlled by a 3 port valve it would create problems
