how can I fix my Fridge Freezer hoover A class?

the top fridge section is freezing everything even when turned to the lowest setting.

The bottom freezer section is working fine.

Take all of the shelves out and check that the drain is clear and that there is nothing blocking any air flow vents. Also make sure there is adequate space around the fridge freezer to allow air flow to the heat exchanger.
