Connection Sharing?

My computer will not let me share a connetion with my other computers in my small office. It says "System Policies Will Not Allow Addding The Selected Device." Can anybody help me? My computer is running Windows 98.

Are the other PCs W98 too or do you have some WXP. If so use the XP Networking Wizard on one of the PCs and don't forget to set up a file to run on the all the other PCs
