beko wm6123w stuck on spin end?

washing machine took 10 hours to end cycle, the door wouldnt open without turning the machine off at the plug socket, when it did it hadnt fully drained and 2 0ut of the 3 lights are on, wash and spin/end, it will not star a cycle and the ready light is off ?
