You enter your password when logging in.
If you forgotted or lost your password:
Go to a computer shop with some SOLID proof of ownership. They can perform a password reset for a fee.
If you just bought it, the seller should have delivered it unlocked or given you the required password(s). Ask the seller to give you the required password(s). He may have forgoted to give it to you.
If you just bought it and the seller DID NOT give you the password, and can't give it to you when asked to, then it's a STOLEN laptop. Contact the seller to return the laptop and get your money back. Call the police to report the seller, even if he refunded you. After all, he tried to sell you stolen merchandise.
In this case, I'm in the obligation of NOT helping you out. Helping you would make it to easy to use stolen computers.
