How can I fix the clutch on the hand wheel of a Frister Rossman Cub 3?

Hi, I have a F+R cub 3, but the release for bobbin winding would not release. Found your reply, and it worked, but in getting to it the outer section twisted off, and came away, and a ring inside fell out. I now don't know which way to put this back. It has three 'ears' on the outer side and two prongs on the inner part of the circle. These prongs are at right angles to the flat of the ring. Do I have to push the remainder of the handle in whilst threading back the outer part? do the prongs go inwards? does it matter which way up the ears go? Hope this makes sense. Thanks (in anticipation)

HI this is sometimes first right but mostly second attempt right.you will see the two slots on inside of ring is one side little higher than other side, the higher part goes towards outside cause that is part that stop smaller wheel from turning when tighened.the three wings can be inserted any way but here is the trick, when the small screw on smaller wheel is in place you must be able to turn the smaller wheel approx 5-10mm before it stop as to release the tension between the two wheels.if that is not the case simply remove the ring and turn onto next slot, try again and see what happens!!hope my explananation make sense if not will try again.to make things easier i put machine in such a way that handwheel is up in the air, that way the star shape stay in place.put a little oil on shaft before assembly for better running
