hotpoint aquarius fills and empties lights flash macchine drains?

what do you think the fault is if: the Hotpoint Aquarius dishwaher ttemts to fill empties and rains lghts start flashing.

i have tried the tip back and cleaned and drained the machine with out success...please help thanks
