cannot erase the info from my DVD RW?
This is one I cannot work out, I went in to erase one of my DVDs and it will not let me as this thing has poped up at the side of it is saying, CD SOFTWARE DEVELOPED UNDER LICENSE FROM , ROXIO INC, and when you click on it it takes you to there web site, Its like it has leached it self on and will not let me erase my disks unlease I Buy the product.
It dose not matter what DVD-RW OR CD-RW I put in it,s the same message. I have never used this company before, so confused.
Can anyone help me with this....
