Hi, I am responding in hopes of getting the same answer. My Ultima 65 laminator is only a year old and yesterday it would not completely heat up. The middle is warm/hot and the edges are cold- the lamination does not stick to items at all. The "heat" light blinks every 4 seconds or so. I called the company and they only have a 90 day warranty...Thanks for an answer!!
