broken toilet seat?

I purchased a standard space seat and cover from you ,order no.WEB/423193/1 on the 12/07/2013.It was properly fitted and so far seemed okay, but this morning I lifted the seat and it just snapped, No pressure applied.As this is my only toilet you can understand my concern.Will you replace it,please, Thankyou,yours truly,Doris Davies.
