Canon IR2800 Error Code?

Hi we have an error code od E00602-0003 is this a problem that can be fixed easily. The copier is not linked to a PC. We use it just as a photocopier.

You will need an engineer. The code meand the hard drive has failed.

E602 means you have a hard drive failure. You will need a new one and an engineer to re load the firmware.
