Need more info. What are you looking at when you say it appears to be the out of balance switch? Exactly where is the water coming from that you can see. If it is coming from the top panel then turn the power off and don't use it until you fix the water problem. The main control board sits inside the panel and if water gets in to it you will blow the board and it will be very expensive to replace it. Let me know where the leak is and I will help you fix it.
