How can I fix my Drayton 30002/RF601Room Thermostat ?

The wheel of the above will not turn temperature down below 20 degrees having worked perfectly for two and a half years. This problem coincided with the battery light flashing - batteries changed and seem to fully engaged

did you follow instructions after changing battery,I'm sure you have to marry transmitter and receiver again.You can obtain pdf files from drayton
