How to replace the bottom door seal on Beko Dishwasher Model No. DE2542FW
Figued it out myself. Remove the front door metal panel Screws on inside of door (leave plastic control panel screws at the top alone).
Take screw from front & rear of side panel out the lift them away from the bottom (Still attached to top). Accessing door tension spring / string. Remove the strings plastic hooks from hinges. (easer if you take tension by pulling string, underneth spring. If can't grip plasic hook, uses pliers to get hold of it), NB. THE DOOR WILL FALL LIKE A BRICK ONCE STRINGS OFF. Then Remove the door hinges frm door 2 Torx screws either side of door (Inside). The door will fall BUT it is still teathered by cables so don't pull it too far. Replace old seal with new one (Before pulling out old one remember which way seals in slot), WATCH OUT FOR SHARPE METAL WORK. Then put hinges back on door, put door back on machine. Reconnect Draw string plastic hooks. Put back front of door & side panels. Then run a cycle to see if your handy work stopped leak. If not wait 2-3 weeks to get the other seal from TURKEY it seems that no one stocks them in the UK...
